Green bean Seeds



Enough for 3-4 men
1-1 / 2 cup rajma / red kidney bean, soaked overnight
2 medium sized onions, finely chopped
4-5 medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped
1-1 / 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic, chopped
One or two green chilies, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder or as per your requirement
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala Powder, or as per the requirement
1 teaspoon Dry Mango Powder / Amchoor, or as per the requirement
3 tablespoon oil
6-7 cups of water
Salt by taste

Soak rajma 8-9 hours or overnight. Then add the whole vegetables, all the spices, spices powder - garam masala and mango powder - salt and oil / butter in the rajma in a pressure cooker.
