- 500g Chicken Finger
- 1 cup Maida
- 3 tbsp Corn Flour
- 2 Eggs white
- 1/2 cup Ice Cube
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tbsp white pepper powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Cooking oil as needed
- 1/2 cup Cold Water
- 1 tbsp White Pepper Powder
Cooking Method
1- In a bowl, add maida(1/2 cup), corn flour (1-1/2 tbsp), egg white, ice cube, salt, white pepper powder, baking powder, lemon juice, cooking oil, cold water and mix it well. Paste is ready now.
2- In a bowl, add maida (1/2 cup), corn flour (1-1/2 tbsp), salt, white pepper powder and mix it well. Maida Mixture ready now.
3- Now, cover the chicken finger with maida mixture and then dip into paste.
4- Deep fry until light brown in the cooking oil.
Your tasty Chicken Tempura now ready to serve
Cooking time:30 minutes
5-To serve, place chicken on serving plates and serve with small bowls of Aioli or mayonnaise.
