Recipe Vegetarian mincea


Hello this time I will share the recipes Vegetarian mincea

7- 8 cauliflower, peeled or minced or finely cut
7- 8 French Beans Well Cut
7 -8 Mushrooms, finely chopped
1 medium sized carrot, peeled or minced or cut off
1/2 cup green peas, boiled
2 medium sized tomatoes, finely chopped
1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
Half inch ginger and 2-3 garlic-well-crushed or paste in mortar pestle
1 large black cardamom
1 inch cinnamon
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder / turmeric
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1-2 tablespoons sunflower oil
2 cups of water
Salt according to taste


Heat oil in a pan, then put garam masala, black cardamom and cinnamon. Mix chopped onions too. Fry till brown. Add ginger-garlic paste. Then put tomato and whole masala powder. Fry the whole mixture until the oil separates. Mix all the vegetables except boiled green peas. Mix water and salt. Cover them until all the vegetables do not cook properly. The mixture should dry up and there should be no water in it. Now stir the green peas and mix it with coriander leaves and serve vegetarian beans with some loaves, folicas or breads.
